Regional Broadband Webmaster and Regional content developer for MediaOne Express Cable Modem service, from Launch until external Road Runner national Content takeover. MediaOne was an operation of USWest at the time and I was responsible for daily content operation for Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Cleveland markets. Also created broadband video streaming solutions over broadband modems.

Administrated web server and developed collateral for phone funds concentration for Old Kent Bank.

Broadband Webmaster, for HarmonyCOM, Inc. A major telecommunications software provider specializing in broadband provisioning software for telcos. Alliances with Cisco and major business to business DSL markets. Other responsibilities included producing marketing collateral and national print advertising with web tie-ins. Other responsibilities included trade-show video productions, sales related PowerPoint presentation collateral, and Flash-based Multimedia CD-ROM.

Contract webmaster/developer for www.hunterpersonnel.net job recruitment site. Developed original site in ASP technology using Macromedia Dreamweaver and re-implemented the site through three revisions finally in ASP.NET with full user editable content. Had to discontinue association with company and further work on site when serious health issue hit. Worked various site implementations for four years.

Developed LeanExperts.com web portal to help assist automotive and manufacturing organizations in "lean" concepts and six sigma style operations. Worked from concept through initial development. Team Development leader. Responsibilities, included hiring development and setting project goals and milestone evaluations. Product development went into beta as project lost outside investment as economy hit a rough patch and principles were forced to put project on indefinite hiatus.
